Full-Time Operations Attendant in our parking garages in Raleigh/ Durham

Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Parking lot and garage enforcement
Maintenance to include (but not limited to) repair and maintain parking equipment, painting, leaf blowing, and landscaping.
Janitorial to include (but not limited to) garage floor sweeping, pressure washing, and trash pickup and disposal.
You must be able to work outdoors in all-weather types including snow & ice removal.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Knowledge of technology and computer literacy is required.
Customer service and client interactions will be required therefore customer service experience, and a friendly attitude is a must.
Must be dependable and reliable and have the ability to work alone or with others.
Must have clean background as well as a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You must have your own reliable transportation to go between the garages in Raliegh/ Durham (mileage is reimbursed at .59 cents per mile)

Required education: High school or equivalent.
